About
HoverBot is an AI chatbot management platform built for production customer conversations. Rather than scripted flows, it uses retrieval-augmented generation to ground answers in a company's live product catalog, policies, and documentation, so replies stay accurate as the underlying content changes. Personal data is masked before it reaches the model, topic boundaries and content filters keep conversations in scope, and confidence-based routing escalates to human agents with the full conversation attached. Teams deploy one knowledge base to a website widget and to WhatsApp Business from a single configuration, and pass conversations and qualified leads into the helpdesk and CRM tools they already run over webhooks and a REST API. HoverBot was founded in 2025, is bootstrapped, and is headquartered in Singapore.
