Dr. G. Appasami is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SIMATS Engineering, Chennai. He holds an M.Tech. from Pondicherry University and a Ph.D. in Deep Learning from NIT Tiruchirappalli, where he also served as a Senior Researcher, following prior academic experience at the Central University of Tamil Nadu. With over 17 years of academic and research expertise, his work spans AI, ML, DL, CV, medical image analysis, federated learning, and cybersecurit.
