The Regional AI Solutions team within Consumer Banking Operations is responsible for driving the AI/GenAI transformation agenda within Consumer Banking operations. This includes managing the roadmap and delivery of new AI/GenAI capabilities to benefit our regional customer contact centres and regional operations processes.
