Singapore | Part-time, now to 23 Nov | Unpaid, with a path to a recurring role ABOUT US The Generative Beings (TGB) helps 15,000+ AI founders, builders and companies across Southeast Asia go to market. We’ve run 200+ events and built 50+ partnerships with tech companies, VCs and universities. On Mon 23 Nov we host the TGB AI CXO Summit at Guoco Midtown, Singapore. It’s one day on a single stage, for 250+ C-suite and senior leaders taking AI from pilot to P&L. Speakers include leaders from Standard Chartered, AI Singapore, Banque de France, Huawei, Figma and Pelago. THE ROLE You’ll work directly with me to run the summit: - Own the run-of-show, timelines and on-the-day operations - Coordinate the venue, vendors, sponsors and speakers - Manage registrations, attendee communications and check-in - Brief speakers and moderators, and keep sessions on time - Run the post-event feedback and wrap-up YOU ARE - An experienced event lead who has run B2B, executive or tech conferences, or a senior leader who has owned large events - Comfortable dealing with C-suite speakers, sponsors and partners - Highly organised, calm under pressure and hands-on - In Singapore and available on 23 Nov, plus a few hours a week before then WHAT YOU GET - A front-row role at one of Singapore’s leading AI leadership events this year - Direct access to the speakers, sponsors and senior attendees - Credit as Event Manager on TGB channels, and a LinkedIn recommendation - If it goes well, a chance to become TGB’s regular event manager
