Our team reviews every scholarship application and gets back to you SQ Collective Academy has partnered up with Hasky Technologies to train the next generation of forward deployment talent. In this 2 day intensive, you will learn how to properly translate a business problem you understand into production software with AI. Your instructor, John Ang will: Show you the exact process and tools he uses to lead a team of non-engineers to deliver bespoke software to 20+ SMEs at Hasky Technologies Give you real business cases to work on, and Personally review and give feedback on what and how you build. Strong candidates are still difficult to find because this kind of role is still new The market increasingly calls them forward-deployed engineers or product designers. They work close to the company and the real problem, combining domain expertise with AI coding agents to decide what should be built, then scope, build, test and ship it SMEs are where this capability can create value fastest. Decisions sit closer to the work, with less legacy and cross-department change management, giving builders more room to reshape data, workflows and management together What you will do You will watch John break down a real business problem, receive a genuine business case, scope the first useful version, direct AI coding agents to build it, and present your work for direct feedback on what holds up, what is off and what you would need to correct before shipping You do not need a conventional software-engineering background. The programme is designed for operators, consultants, product managers, business analysts, designers and freelancers who already understand real business problems and want to turn that knowledge into useful software Programme details The first full day is Monday, 10 August 2026, from 9am to 6pm at SQ Collective.
