Working at the intersection of engineering, product, and applied AI, he helps translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical systems while bringing firsthand insights into modern AI engineering, real-world deployment, and building a career at the forefront of artificial intelligence. Divij Bajaj is a Data & Applied Scientist II at Microsoft, where he works on building Generative AI solutions for real-world applications. With prior experience at VMware and nearly seven years of experience across machine learning and production AI systems, he has worked extensively on building, scaling, and deploying AI solutions that solve business problems at scale. Divyashish Jindal is a graduate of IIT Delhi, building the School of AI  at Masters’ Union. He works closely on building AI-focused learning experiences and helping aspiring professionals develop industry-relevant technical capabilities. Through his work at the intersection of AI education, engineering, and career development, he brings deep insight into how AI is transforming industries and what professionals need to do to build successful careers in an increasingly AI-driven world.
