You already know what AI does inside your own company. What you cannot see is whether that puts you ahead of or behind everyone else solving the same problem in this region. The TGB AI Pulse Survey 2026 is built to answer that, and it takes three minutes.

Nobody can tell you what normal looks like

Ask around about AI adoption in Southeast Asia and you get vendor decks and single anecdotes. Nobody can tell you what share of a typical team here uses AI weekly, how far companies let AI agents run without a person in the loop, or what a sensible monthly AI spend looks like at your revenue stage. So budgets get argued from assertion, and the loudest claim wins.

The AI Pulse fixes that by asking everyone the same thing. Every respondent answers the same 20 questions, with no branching. That is what makes the answers comparable across roles, industries and company sizes, and comparable against the next wave.

What it asks

Where AI already does real work, how much of your team uses it regularly, and what share of your pilots ever reached production. How you orchestrate AI agents, and how far they go without a person. What your customers actually notice, which numbers measurably moved, and what changed in how you price and make money. What blocks you internally, from messy data to security review, and what blocks you externally, from data residency rules to vendors with no local presence. Which models you use, what you spend each month, and what has to be true about AI before you will buy.

That last group is why a regional read is worth doing at all. Whether a deployment happens here often turns on where data is allowed to sit, whether the tool works in the language your customers use, and whether anyone will invoice you locally. Those questions are in the questionnaire.

What you get back

Finish the 20 and you see how your own answers compare with everyone else's, straight away. The full report, TGB's first AI Pulse Report for Southeast Asia, goes to respondents first, as soon as the survey closes. Members also earn 200 points on their TGB account, once.

How your answers are handled

Findings are reported aggregated and anonymized, broken down by segment so a ten-person team is never averaged away against an enterprise. A breakdown is only ever shown once enough people have answered that question, and no individual response is identified or attributed.

Your name and email are there so points reach the right account and nothing is counted twice. Phone and country are optional. Answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back, and you can change an answer before you finish.

You do not need an account to answer. You do need to be signed in for the points.

The findings open the summit

The results are the opening material for the TGB AI CXO Summit on 23 November in Singapore, where the people who gave those answers argue about them in person. That is a separate application: see the summit.
