What You’ll Do ● AI-Driven Marketing & Content: Use AI tools to create aesthetic social media assets and draft captions. You will critically edit AI outputs to ensure they match WealthBridge’s professional, high-quality brand voice. ● SEO Optimization: Improve and optimize current blog articles to increase organic search traffic. ● Website Updates: Manage and make routine, front-end updates to our Webflow website. Workflow Automation: Set up and maintain low-code automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Claude/LLMs, and the Google Ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, Drive). ● Process Documentation: Create clear, step-by-step guides for the workflows, automations, and processes you build so they can be easily replicated. ● Office Administration: Head into the office a few times a week to handle basic administrative tasks and keep operations running smoothly. ● CEO Support & Ad-Hoc Projects: Work directly alongside the CEO and tackle various tasks and strategic ad-hoc assignments as needed to keep the business moving forward. 💡 A Note on the Role: We don't expect you to be a master of every single tool or skill listed here. Who You Are ● An Autonomous Self-Starter: Because of our flat structure, you won't be micro-managed or expected to sit around waiting for assignments. You see a gap, and you take the initiative to fill it. ● A Proactive Problem Solver: You have the "figure it out" factor. If you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to research, experiment, and find a solution. ● Aligned with Our Values: You thrive in an environment that prioritizes speed of execution, clear and upfront communication, and high accuracy in your output. ● Aesthetically Inclined: You don't need to be a professional designer, but you have a good eye for clean, modern layouts and visual branding. ● Effectively Bilingual (English & Mandarin): Native or professional proficiency in Chinese is required to support our target market and content localization. ● Tech-Literate: Familiarity (or a strong desire to learn quickly) with Webflow, n8n (or Zapier/Make), and prompt engineering. ● Detail-Oriented Editor: You can spot the difference between generic AI fluff and sharp, professional B2B copy.
