We’re Hiring — Founding Growth & Partnerships Manager | Web3 x AI One of Oryon’s early-stage portfolio startups is looking for a Founding Growth & Partnerships Manager to help build its commercial and ecosystem presence from an early stage. The company is building infrastructure at the intersection of AI Agents, Web3 and on-chain applications. Location: Remote / Global Type: Full-time/Part-time Compensation: $4,000–6,000 USDT/month + performance bonus (Part-time from $2,000/month) Stage: Early-stage / Stealth What you’ll do Build strategic partnerships with Web3 protocols, AI projects, wallets, exchanges and infrastructure providers Develop and execute GTM strategy Source new ecosystem and integration opportunities Work directly with founders on market positioning and commercial strategy Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, KOLs and ecosystem partners Support product launches, campaigns and community growth Develop partnership pipelines from initial outreach through negotiation and closing Help expand the project across APAC and global Web3 markets We’re looking for 2+ years of experience in Web3 BD, Growth, Partnerships or Ecosystem Existing network across Web3 / Crypto is a strong advantage Experience closing partnerships or commercial deals Strong understanding of DeFi, wallets, infrastructure, AI Agents or related areas Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment Professional English communication skills Strong execution mindset — not just introductions, but ability to move deals to completion Nice to have Experience at a CEX, L1/L2 ecosystem, VC, launchpad or Web3 infrastructure company Fundraising / investor relations experience APAC network Previous early-stage startup experience You’ll work closely with the founding team and Oryon on partnerships, GTM and ecosystem expansion.
