01. ABOUT THE COMPANY Dizzaract is a product-driven company operating at the intersection of gaming, digital platforms, and AI. We build and scale multiple products — including Farcana, Gamed, and FAR Labs — each exploring a different space, but united by a shared approach: moving fast, staying curious, and focusing on things that people actually use. We operate as a collaborative, non-hierarchical team where ideas are valued based on their impact, not theirorigin, and where AI is embedded across everything we build — from infrastructure to product decisions. 02. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to define and lead the product vision across Dizzaract's ecosystem. This is not a traditional executive role. We are looking for a builder who can scale products, teams, and systems capable of supporting millions of users globally. You will oversee product strategy across gaming, AI infrastructure, and consumer-facing platforms while working closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future direction of the company. You will be responsible for translating ambitious ideas into products that users love, while building the organisation, processes, and culture required to scale. 03. You have strong product intuition supported by data and experimentation. You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. 04. RESPONSIBILITIES Define and execute the long-term product strategy across Dizzaract's portfolio. Build and lead a world-class Product organisation. Drive product-market fit, growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation initiatives. Establish product development frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams. Define product KPIs and ensure data-driven product decisions across the organisation. Identify new market opportunities, product initiatives, and revenue streams. Lead product discovery, customer research, and experimentation efforts. Ensure alignment between company vision, product roadmap, and execution priorities. Develop future product leaders and build a strong product culture. 05. REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Leadership. Proven experience scaling technology products with significant user growth. Strong understanding of consumer products, SaaS, gaming, AI, marketplaces, or digital platforms. Experience building and leading high-performing product teams. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments. 06. NICE TO HAVE Experience in Gaming, AI, Web3, Creator Economy, or Social Platforms. Experience scaling products to millions of users. Experience building products with network effects or marketplace dynamics. Experience working across multiple products or business units.
